The JMC Trevini Orchestra treated the audience that left little walking space in the aisles of the venue to the sweet voices of popular Anil Bheem, Adesh Samaroo, Kavita Kissoon, Sarika Mahabir and Latchman Bissoon with splendid music. At 200 pm the promoters announced that the Centre Pointe Mall was completely sold out for the Catch d Bheem Live annual concert. This announcement did not fail to stop hundreds from turning up at the venue and having to be sent back.

The show started at 8.20 pm, from the word go the crowd was put into a party mood. Latchman Bissoon billed as the man with many voices confirmed his reputation and added a few more converts to his fold. Adesh Samaroo as the Master of Ceremonies had the audience in stitches with his clever humor and sent them into frenzy with his chutney hits. The ladies man Anil Bheem did not fail with his superb stage presentation and choice of selections, tantalizing and captivating his hordes of fans. Outstanding dance performances came from the Adesh Samaroo Durga Shakti Dancers and Pretty Priya.

There were some minor inconveniences suffered by some of the patrons with respect to seating in the general admission area because of the huge crowd but the organizers did their best in seeking alternative arrangements for the patrons. Patrons are already talking about next year’s event.
